Overview

Procurement: supply and delivery of office stationery on an "as and when" basis at Simmerpan and Apollo & CS for 60 months. Open-tender targeting capable stationery suppliers able to service NTCSA sites; responses via NTCSA e-tendering must include all required returnables and registrations (CIDB, tax, local content).

Requirements

• CIDB registration and proof of compliance (as per Annexures in the ITT).
• Tax clearance requirements and SARS verification (foreign and SA bidders as applicable).
• Local content and production declarations (SBD 6.2; Annexures C–E/G as applicable).
• Returnable documents: Authorisation Form, Tenderer’s Particulars, Integrity Declaration, CPA considerations for foreign goods (Annexures A, C, D, F; see ITT).
• SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid) completed; SBD 4 (Bidder’s disclosure) and related PPPFA considerations.
• If bidding as a JV/consortium: JV documentation (letters of intent, single entity operation, bank account).
• E-tendering readiness and related training/acknowledgements (Annexures on e-tendering). (Terms and required forms referenced in the ITT package, e.g., 1.1.x annexures and SBDs.)

• Submission deadline: 16 July 2026 at 10:00; electronic submission via the NTCSA Eskom e-tendering portal (tenderbulletin.ntcsa.co.za).
