Supply and delivery of office stationery to the County Government of Nyandarua under a two-year frame-work agreement (renewable for one year) via call-off/mini-competition. Requirements

• Prequalification/registration: comply with any pre-qualification or authority registrations defined in the TDS (e.g., AGPO/relatedKenyan registrations).
• Compliance and standards: meet or justify substantial equivalence to the Schedule of Requirements if not using brand-name specs.

How to Apply

• Prepare Tender: complete Form of Tender and Price Schedules; attach Tender Security or Declaration; include JV documents if applicable; attach Manufacturer Authorization if required; provide tax clearance and eligibility documents; provide origin/conformity information (see Section VII and IV).
