Supply and Delivery of Strategy Rotating Equipment & Power Transmission (Once Off)Closed

Overview

The procurement is for the Supply and Delivery of Strategy Rotating Equipment & Power Transmission (Once Off) to Lethabo Power Station, under NEC3 SC3. Bidders should have proven capability in rotating equipment and power transmission, with the ability to deliver on a one-off basis, adhere to Eskom’s ISO 9001-aligned Quality Management requirements, and comply with Eskom’s OHS and procurement processes.

Requirements

• Experience in supplying rotating equipment and power transmission components; contract under NEC3 SC3.
• Compliance with Eskom OHS requirements (High Risk activities): prepare an OHS plan, Baseline Risk Assessment, COIDA/Good Standing, induction, competencies, and site-specific safety procedures (as per LFMS048 and Annexures B/C1).
• Quality management: implement a QMS based on ISO 9001 (as per 240-105658000; supplier to show QMS evidence and related documentation).
• Documentation and pre-qualifications: complete Annexures A–D, SBD forms, pricing schedule (PDF + Excel), and Form A; provide Schedule of Deviations if any.
• Pre-qualification/registration: compliance with CIDB requirements where applicable; PPPFA/Local content and related Eskom procurement policies.
• Contract execution: provide securities/guarantees within two weeks of completing the agreement (per Form of Offer/Acceptance).
• Pricing: submit Pricing Schedule/BOQ with the bid (as required in the ITT).
