Overview

Supply and delivery of assorted ICT and communication equipment to the County Government of Nyandarua under a two-year framework agreement (renewable for one additional year). This Open National Tender is reserved for Women, Youth & PWDs under AGPO and targets SMEs meeting AGPO criteria; tender documents are available free online.

Requirements

• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 (declaration not to engage in corruption) and anti-competitive practices (Certificate of Independent Tender Determination).
• Eligibility and qualifications: adherence to ITT requirements, JV rules if applicable, tax clearance, and any manufacturer authorization if applicable.
• Origin/conformity: goods must meet Section VII specifications; certain items may require sourcing from Kenya per ITT 4.4; provide evidence of conformity to schedule of requirements.
• Conflict of interest, fraud/rigging prohibitions, and debarment checks (PPRA list).
• Documentation: complete Form of Tender, price schedules, tender security or declaration, JV agreement if relevant, and all other documents listed in the tender data sheet.
