SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SURVEY EQUIPMENTS

Overview

Supply and delivery of survey equipment to Nairobi City County Government (PWDs reserved). The procurement covers surveying instruments and related services as detailed in the tender documents; it is reserved for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) as indicated in the invitation.

Requirements

• Eligibility and qualifications: comply with ITT 3, not debarred, no conflicts of interest, and joint ventures must have liable members.
• Tender security: submit a Tender-Securing Declaration or a Tender Security as per the Tender Data Sheet.
• Tax and local compliance: provide Kenyan tax clearance and any required local registrations; where applicable, Manufacturer's Authorization for non-manufacturers; include JV agreements if relevant.
• Conformity and origin: provide evidence that goods conform to technical specifications and declare country of origin; some items may be Kenyan-origin mandated.
• Documentation and format: complete Form of Tender and Price Schedules, serialize pages, sign where required, and include all documents listed in Section IV.

How to Apply

• Deadline: Tenders must be received by 29 October 2026 at 11:00 East Africa Time; late tenders will be rejected (SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SURVEY EQUIPMENTS).
• Submission method: hard-copy tenders in a sealed envelope/package to the Nairobi City County Government Tender Box, Main City Hall, 4th Floor Room 400, Supply Chain Management.

• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Declaration, Joint Venture (if applicable), Manufacturer Authorization (if applicable), tax clearance, and other documents listed in Section IV.
• Clarifications and briefings: clarify in writing as per ITT; pre-tender meeting details (if any) will be in the TDS; addenda will be issued as needed.
