Overview

RFQ for the Supply and Delivery of a stretch tent and event infrastructure (decor, lighting, flooring) for the Iziko Arab Priest Exhibition Opening at ISANG, including installation, operation and dismantling. Requirements

• Stretch Tent: 15x40 m (or two 7.5x20 m sections), waterproof, wind‑proof, anchors, on-site inspection before quote; delivered/installed by 22 Sep 2026; removal by 24 Sep 2026; accommodates ~350 guests.
• Decor: flame-retardant interior décor, flooring covering the full footprint (interlocking or wooden/deck/synthetic grass), level, non-slip, high foot traffic suitability.
• Lighting: standard event lighting inside marquee, even distribution, LED, safe installation with concealed cabling.
• Compliance & Safety: Structural Engineer’s Certificate for tent stability and wind-load compliance; municipal permits; fire extinguishers and exits; OH&S compliant installation.
• Administrative requirements: Central Supplier Database report, detailed VAT-inclusive pricing, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, signed RFQ, tax certificate/pin, completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms. (Annexures A/B to be completed as applicable.)
