Overview

Procurement of the supply and delivery of tents, beach umbrellas and soccer kits for LED projects. Bid is open to service providers supplying tents (e.g., 9 x 12), chairs, beach umbrellas, soccer jerseys/bags, netball jerseys, tent sides, folding tables, portable water tanks, etc. Bidders should have municipal/aria-supply experience and meet regulatory supplier requirements (CSD, SARS tax matters, BBBEE).

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and provide CSD number.
• SARS Tax Compliance status (PIN or Tax Clearance); if applicable, include VAT details.
• If foreign, complete Part B:3 requirements; provide TCS PIN/CSD where applicable.
• Valid company registration document; audited AFS if turnover > R10 million.
• Certified BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Relevant experience with reference letters; certified current municipal/water/electricity account or lease.
• Certified copies of IDs for directors/owners.
• Complete all Municipal Bidding Documents (MBDs) and submit on official forms.
• Not in service of the state; complies with SCM conditions; must be on the Municipal Data Base (if not, obtain forms).
• Tender validity and evaluation framework (80/20 or 90/10; 20 points for specific goals; price points up to 80/90).

• Submission deadline: 19 June 2026 at 12:00. Bids deposited in the bid box at the Ground Floor, AbaQulusi Local Municipality, corner of High Street and Mark Street, Vryheid 3100. (see document)

• Documents to complete and submit: MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.2, MBD8, MBD9, pricing schedule, Tax clearance PIN/CSD, BBBEE documentation, and any other supporting documents required by the tender documents. (see document)
