Overview

Supply and delivery of TETRA and associated public safety radio equipment to the City of Cape Town. Open to OEMs, distributors and system integrators with ICASA Type Approval (TA) and compliance with the City’s SCM policy and related preconditions.

Requirements

• ICASA Type Approval for each offered equipment type (where applicable).
• OEM/Distributor accreditation letter for each Schedule offered.
• ICASA TA certificates and OEM/Distributor documentation as returnable schedules (F.13A, F.13B1–3).
• Complete OEM price lists aligned to the Pricing Schedule and OEM/Distributor contacts (F.13B2–3).
• Compliance with the City’s SCM Policy, including declarations of interest, independence, and past SCM practices.
• Registration on the City of Cape Town Supplier Database and on the National Treasury CSD (as requested).
• Tax clearance in order, and no disqualifying conflicts of interest.
• Two-stage bidding not used; stand-by bidder provisions apply.
