SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TEXTBOOKS FOR ECDE CENTERS

Overview

Supply and delivery of textbooks for ECDE centers (Kwale County, Kenya). Open national tender inviting qualified Kenyan bidders, with SME and women-owned eligibility indicated in the documents.

Requirements

• Eligible bidders: private entities, individuals, or JVs; JV members liable; public officers disqualified; no conflict of interest; not debarred (PPRA).
• Compliance: comply with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015; sign Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; no collusive practices.
• Legal/registration: provide current tax clearance (or exemption); ensure nationality/origin declarations; Manufacturer Authorization if not the producer; agent representation in Kenya if needed.
• Tender documents: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; JV Agreement or letter of intent; authorization to sign; pagination and serialization of documents (TENDER DOCUMENT).
