Overview

Procurement of 36 desktop computers and 15 laptops for the Department of Public Works and Infrastructure: North Coast Region – Ulundi. Open to SITA RFB 740 Transversal Contract suppliers; 80/20 Preference Points with 20 points for Ownership by Black People.

Requirements

• Must be on the SITA RFB 740 Transversal Contract; non-compliance = non-responsive.
• Bidder to quote for all items; price must be on the pricing schedule; bid validity 90 days.
• Registration and tax compliance: registered on Central Supplier Database (CSD); provide CSD number or SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) and related documentation; separate TCS for JV/consortia.
• Specific goals: Ownership by Black People (20 points) with sworn affidavit as documentary proof.
• Delivery and pricing: firm prices including delivery to Ulundi; indicate delivery period and whether firm; include all delivery costs; VAT included.
• Bidding forms and EE/B-BBEE: complete SBD 1, SBD 3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 and SBD 7; provide B-BBEE documentation (EME/QSE affidavits as applicable).
