Overview

Procurement of three laptops for the Corporate Services Unit. The RFQ is open to suitably qualified ICT hardware suppliers able to deliver to Dundee, with adherence to the 80/20 Preferential Points System and required bid documentation (MBD forms, CSD, etc.).

Requirements

• Submit completed MBD packages: MBD 1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9 and stamped MBD 3.1; use company letterhead.
• Mandatory identification and registration documents: original certified ID for the owner(s), proof of company registration (CIPC) or sole proprietor ID, and full/Director-level municipal accounts or certified affidavits as applicable.
• Full Central Supplier Database (CSD) report.
• Bids must be valid for at least 90 days; prices inclusive of VAT and disbursements.
• Bids must be submitted in the municipal bidding documents; no telegraphic, faxed, or emailed submissions.
• Notwithstanding, the erratum states bidders are not required to submit a sample (see ERRATUM.pdf); otherwise, samples were historically requested.
• Bidder must comply with the 80/20 Preferential Point System; lowest price not guaranteed.
• No in-service-state (SSE) bidders; use of courier submission is not for tender box handover.
