Overview

Supply and delivery of three data logging systems and other peripherals for the SA-IGMS project. SA Weather Service invites bids from suppliers with IT hardware, data-logging, and systems-integration capabilities to deliver SAAQIS-compatible software/hardware and related peripherals (3 data loggers and accessories).

Requirements

• Three data logging systems and peripherals (SAAQIS-compatible software & hardware) per Annexure H; items include PC monitors, 8-port KVM switches, wired keyboard/mouse, HDMI/USB cables, Ethernet rack switch, powerduct inserts.
• Compliance and registrations: Tax compliance (SARS PIN or TCS; CSD if no TCS), B-BBEE status, and submission of the required SBD forms (Annexures C, F; see Annexure A for specifics).
• Contract and supplier governance: GCC 2010, SLA requirement upon award with a supplier performance scorecard; proof of subcontracting if JV/consortium; due-diligence site visit possible.
• Documentation and eligibility: Complete Annexures A, B, C, F, G, H, I; provide evidence for preferences and avoid disqualifications.
