Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with supplier number

• Municipal rates/taxes not in arrears for more than 90 days
• Complete and attach MBD 4, MBD 8 and MBD 9 forms
• Company registration documents with IDs of directors/shareholders
• Datasheets and brand names for all items; manufacture datasheet required; lack leads to disqualification
• Proof of lease or municipal account statement not older than 3 months (and not in arrears beyond 90 days)
• Quotations on company letterhead, in PDF; no state employee bidders; no blacklisted bidders
• If a Joint Venture, submit a signed JV agreement
• PPPFA 2022 preference points apply (80/20 or 90/10, with specific goals; SMME 51%+ black-owned status may attract higher points)
