Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of tomatoes to Tambach Teachers College; open tender reserved for women, with the option to tender for one or more lots.

Requirements

• Eligibility under Kenyan public procurement rules; not a public officer; no conflicts of interest; not debarred by PPRA.
• Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration as required (per TDS).
• Tax compliance: provide Kenya Revenue Authority tax clearance.
• Evidence of eligibility and conformity of goods; conformity to technical specifications in Section VII.
• If a joint venture, provide JV agreement or letter of intent and designate a representative.
• Manufacturer authorization if the tenderer does not manufacture the goods itself.
• English language tender, and page serialization of all documents.

• Submission: physical, single sealed envelope with ORIGINAL tender documents and separate COPIES; no electronic submissions (see INVITATION TO TENDER).
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender; Price Schedules; Tender Security or Declaration; Joint Venture documents if applicable; Manufacturer Authorization (if required); evidence of eligibility, conformity, and tax clearance; all in English.
• Registrations/pre-qualifications: tax clearance; confirm not debarred by PPRA; ensure any required Kenyan representations or agents are in place.
