Overview

Supply and delivery of tools and equipment to Blue Crane Route Municipality (FWQ 23/2026). Bids are invited from service providers capable of supplying a range of tools and equipment; the process uses an 80/20 evaluation with 20 points for Specific Goals (HDI status) and locality. Requirements

• Bidders must be registered on the CSD Supplier Database with tax-compliant status.
• Bidders must submit a Certificate of Good Standing from their local municipality.
• All tender forms, data sheets, and supplementary information must be completed; late, incomplete, unsigned, black-ink submissions or facsimile/electronic submissions will not be accepted.
• Bids are valid for 90 days.
• The SCM policy applies; preference points require evidence of Specific Goals; failure to provide evidence yields zero points.

• Submission deadline: 23 September 2026 by 12:00; late submissions will not be considered. Bids in a sealed envelope marked FWQ 23/2026, Description “Supply and Delivery of Tools and Equipment” must be placed in the Bid Box at 67 Nojoli Street, Somerset East. (document: tools and equipment.docx)
• Submission method: hand delivery into the Bid Box; sealed envelope.
