Overview

Supply and delivery of tools for mechanical workshop. Amatola Water invites quotes from suitably qualified service providers to supply and deliver a defined list of workshop tools and equipment for its mechanical workshop, with online submission via amatolawater.online. Bidders should be suppliers of industrial hand tools/workshop equipment with public-sector procurement experience and able to deliver to Amatola Water’s site.

Requirements

• Tax/compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN (TCS) or CSD number; separate TCS for consortia; tax matters must be in order before award.
• Returnable documents: Form A (Authority to Sign); Form B (Schedule of Previous Related Contracts) and Forms B.1/B.2; SBD 1; SBD 4; SBD 6.1; JV agreement if applicable; SBD 3.1 (Pricing Schedule); SBD 7.1 (Contract Form).
• Registrations: must be registered on Central Supplier Database (CSD) prior to award.
• Pricing: complete SBD 3.1 with firm prices; align with the item list and contract terms; ensure pricing validity.
• Compliance: complete SBD 4 disclosure; avoid conflicts of interest; supplier to disclose any related-party interests.
