Overview

ARC seeks the supply and delivery of a 650 CR Tractor Battery to ARC Infruitec-Nietvoorbij, Stellenbosch. This RFQ is open to bidders with industrial battery supply capabilities and relevant compliance (CSD registration, BEE, tax clearance) as outlined in the TOR and specifications.

Requirements

• Copy of CK certificate (company registration) and completed specification list with all boxes ticked.
• Valid BEE certificate and valid tax PIN.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration number and full CSD report.
• Completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms.
• Ability to claim specific goals under the 80/20 or 90/10 framework; provide supporting documentation.
• Warranty/guarantee details for the quoted goods; delivery address as specified.
• Prices must be in ZAR and include VAT, delivery, insurance, etc.; no price adjustments after submission.
• ARC may conduct due diligence and benchmark prices; standard National Treasury conditions apply.
