Overview

Supply and delivery of traffic signal poles for 36 months to the eThekwini Municipality. The tender seeks suppliers (manufacturers, distributors or accredited agents) capable of furnishing traffic signal poles and related delivery over a 3-year period to Durban’s municipal authority.

Requirements

• Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) as a service provider.
• Registered on the eThekwini Municipality supplier database; supply IDs (PR/MAAA) as applicable.
• Tax compliance: Tax Clearance or Tax Compliance Status PIN.
• VAT registered (if applicable).
• Complete and submit required MBD forms: MBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD 5 (Procurement Above R10 Million, if applicable), MBD 6.1 (Preference Points), MBD 8 (Past SCM Practices), MBD 9 (Independent Bid Determination).
• Provide Authority of Signatory and Official Tender Form; reveal legal status; sign tender docs fully.
• If not a manufacturer, provide a valid agreement with the manufacturer/accredited distributor covering the contract period.
• Occupational Health and Safety undertaking (OSH Act).
• No tender from persons in the State’s service; adhere to SCM regulations.
• Delivery terms: unit price to include delivery to the specified delivery point; specify delivery lead times.
