Overview

Artscape RFQ for the supply and delivery of 100 rolls of 3M Transpore medical tape (25mm x 9.1m) to Cape Town, with delivery within one week of PO. Target bidders are suppliers of medical consumables with the ability to provide VAT-inclusive quotes under R500,000, and who can provide BBBEE documentation, SARS details, and the specified SBD forms (SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD6.2, SBD8, SBD9).

Requirements

• BBBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit
• SARS No and SARS status PIN
• Complete and submit: SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD6.2, SBD8, SBD9
• Acknowledge Government Procurement: GCC of July 2010
• Prices must be firm and VAT inclusive
• Estimated contract value below R500,000
