Overview

Supply and delivery of tyres and batteries to Tambach Teachers College. The tender is open nationally but reserved for Youth; bidders may tender for one or more lots. Tender documents can be obtained from the college website or in person, and tenders are to be submitted in hard copy (no electronic submissions).

Requirements

• Youth-owned status eligibility; JV arrangements allowed with a single representative; joint venture details must be provided.
• Tender documents: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration, and any required JV Agreement or Manufacturer’s Authorization.
• Eligibility and conformity: evidence of eligibility to tender, eligibility of goods, and conformity to technical specifications; origin declarations for goods and related services.
• Certifications and declarations: Declaration of independence from corruption; Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; no conflicts of interest.
• Tax and registrations: Kenyan tax clearance or exemption as applicable; any other pre-qualifications defined in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
• Tender security: as specified in the TDS; security valid beyond tender validity; optional tender-security declaration for JV if applicable.

How to Apply

• Deadline: 21 July 2026 (document shows 11:00; the metadata lists 09:00; verify with the issuing entity). No electronic submissions allowed.
• Submission method: hand-delivered, sealed envelopes to Tambach Teachers College Boardroom (tender box at college reception).
• Documents to submit (per ITT 10.1-10.3): Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration, Joint Venture Agreement (or letter of intent), Manufacturer’s Authorization (if not manufactured by tenderer), evidence of eligibility, evidence of goods eligibility, conformity documents, and any other documents required in the TDS.
• Pre-bid/clarifications: If a pre-tender conference is held, attendance may be compulsory as per the TDS; minutes and addenda will be issued to all bidders.
