Overview

Supply and Delivery of Turbine Auxiliaries Off-The-Shelf Spares for Hendrina Power Station under an open Invitation to Tender (as‑and‑when‑required NEC3 contract) for a 5‑year framework. Bidders should have capability to source and deliver turbine spare parts (mechanical, electrical and control components) and be familiar with Eskom procurement and contract requirements.

Requirements

• Eligibility and compliance: Eskom Tender Data criteria (not restricted by National Treasury, not on Tender Defaulters List, not nationality‑sanctioned, no conflict of interest, not submitting multiple tenders).
• Certifications/documentation: Annexures A–K, SBD forms (1, 4, 6.1, 6.2), Local Content declarations (G1–G4), CPA documentation, Scope of Work Annex L, Pricing Schedule/BoQ (Annexure M) in PDF/Excel, Supplier Integrity Pact, Tax questionnaire.
• Quality/technical: ISO 9001:2015 QMS (certificate or evidence of operation), QMS roles matrix, management reviews, external/internal audit reports, Contract Quality Plan (CQP) and Quality Control Plan (QCP/ITP).
• Contract/delivery: supply on an "as and when required" basis for 5 years with delivery to Hendrina Power Station; 30‑day payment terms; NEC3 contract data and risk/liability framework.
