Overview

Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Turbine Auxiliaries Off-The-Shelf Spares at Hendrina Power Station for a 5-year period, on an "as and when required" basis. Suitable bidders are suppliers/distributors of turbine spares with ISO 9001:2015 quality management, QA documentation, and the ability to provide material certifications, inspection reports, and contract-quality documentation in line with Eskom’s processes (SOW, CQP/ITP, etc.).

Requirements

• Eligibility: comply with Eskom’s Standard Conditions of Tender; no sanctions or conflicts of interest; not tendering more than one bid.
• Quality management: either ISO 9001:2015 certification (Category 1) or evidence of QMS in operation (Category 2); include roles/responsibilities, external/internal audit reports, management reviews.
• QA documentation: Draft Contract Quality Plan (CQP) per ISO 10005; QCP/ITP for scope; include quality objectives, documented information controls.
• Delivery documentation: material certificates, inspection reports (NDT, dimensional, etc.), and QIP on items requested.
• Local content and integrity: complete SBD/annexures for local content, CPA requirements, and Supplier Integrity Pact; complete PPPFA preferences where applicable.
• Pricing and contract: Pricing Schedule (Annexure M) in PDF and Excel; NEC3-based contract data with specified payment terms; risk and liability framework.
• Documentation submission: all PDFs; price list in PDF and Excel; no ZIP files; no hard copies.
