Overview

Supply and delivery of Twelve (12) Gausonic GTF-100 Ultrasonic Clamp-On Flowmeters, complete with transducers for DN 15-6000 mm pipelines. Johannesburg Water invites bidders with instrumentation/flowmeter expertise and relevant certifications to supply high-accuracy clamp-on flowmeters for utility use.

Requirements

• Compliance with the technical spec in RFQ document (GTF-100, clamp-on, transit-time, IP65 housing, IP68 transducers, 4–20 mA, RS485 Modbus, data logging). See RFQJW43ZZ26-GAUSONIC UFM.pdf.
• Full completion of required bid forms and attachments, including MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9, and MBD 3.1 pricing schedule.
• Must be registered on CSD with Supplier Number; provide original tax clearance and BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Provide municipal rates statement (not older than 90 days) and a valid lease agreement or municipal account not in arrears >90 days.
• Include datasheet, reference letters, proof of accreditation/certification, and warranty/delivery period clearly stated.
• No bid from persons in the state service; no tender defaulter or conflicting interests; joint ventures to be properly signed.
