Overview

Supply and delivery of twenty five notebooks/laptops and one all-in-one desktop is being procured by Blue Crane Route Municipality. Bids are invited from service providers to supply IT hardware (notebooks/laptops and a desktop) under an Open Tender.

Requirements

• Bidders must be registered on the CSD Supplier Database with a Tax Compliant Status.
• Submit a Certificate of Good Standing from the local municipality.
• Comply with Blue Crane Route SCM policy.
• Complete all tender forms and data sheets; late, incomplete, unsigned, black-ink only submissions or submissions by facsimile/electronic means will not be accepted.
• If claiming Specific Goals/hdi preferences, provide evidence to support claims (Race, Gender, Disability, Youth, locality within BCRM/Sarah Baartman/Eastern Cape/South Africa).
• Bids remain valid for 90 days; the issuer reserves the right to accept part or none of the bid.
