Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of two big tall heavy‑duty swivel chairs and one 90L bar fridge. Open to service providers capable of supplying office furniture and appliances to SSA; bid via e-tenders or email to MakotanyaneT@ssa.gov.za, with RFQ documents including a Tax Clearance Certificate, CSD Report, and BBBEE Certificate. Requirements

• Tax compliance: SARS PIN, Tax Clearance; or include printed Tax Clearance with bid; if part of a consortium, each party must have TCS/CSD.
• CSD: provide Central Supplier Database number if no TCS PIN.
• BBBEE: submit BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE; required for preference points).
• Official forms: complete and submit SBD 4 (Bidders Disclosure) and SBD 6.1; contract to be signed on SBD 7.
• Additional: health and safety file and Workmen’s Compensation certificate where applicable; certificate of good standing where required.
• Price and preference: bid evaluated under 80/20 PPPFA, with B-BBEE status contributing up to 20 points.
• Compliance: ensure bid is valid and documentation authentic; firm authority to sign (e.g., company resolution).
