Overview

Procurement of the supply and delivery of two brand new farm tractors for the Municipality of Malindi, Kilifi County (Kenya). Open to qualified tractor dealers/manufacturers with Kenyan representation and after-sales service capability; joint ventures allowed (up to 3 members); bids must meet eligibility, including manufacturer authorization if not the producer and compliance with tax and debarment rules.

Requirements

• Tender security: Kenya Shillings 200,000 from a Commercial Bank or Insurance Company.
• Prices in Kenya Shillings; fixed price; inclusive of taxes.
• Manufacturer’s authorization to supply the stated tractors (if the tenderer does not manufacture the goods).
• After-sales service capability in Kenya (spare parts, maintenance).
• Compliance with eligibility and anti-corruption/vetting rules (debarment checks; no public officers’ participation).
• Tender validity: 150 days.
• Proper tender submission format (serialise all pages); submission via tender box or manual submission.

• Submit to: Municipality of Malindi Procurement Office, P.O. Box 371-80200, Malindi; deadline: 27 August 2026 at 10:00 hours (CGK/MOM/OT/002/2026/2027).
