Overview

Supply and delivery of two laptops and bags for interns to Enock Mgijima Local Municipality (RFQ04/07/2026). Accredited service providers should consider bidding if they meet mandatory pre-qualifications (CSD registration, SARS Tax Compliance, CK registration, certified IDs for directors) and can supply the specified laptops and accessories with BBBEE and local-content considerations.

Requirements

• Laptop specs (X2): Intel Core i5-13420H, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Windows 11 Pro, 14" touchscreen, 3-year warranty; includes docking station, USB hub, backlit keyboard, digital pen; 8-in-1 hub; laptop bag.
• Documentation: CK registration, CSD registration, SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN), certified director IDs, comprehensive JV agreement if applicable, company profile, and BBBEE verification.
• Compliance: Prices inclusive of VAT; bid validity 90 days; no tipex; signed price schedules; site inspection not mandatory.
• Evaluation: 80/20 PPPFA (price 80, BBBEE 10, locality 10); Stage 1 compliance; Stage 2 price, locality and BBBEE; local-content declarations and SATS 1286:2011 where applicable.
• Additional: No bids from state employees; strict bid-box submission; tax and municipal arrears checks; local-content declarations required (Annex templates).
