Overview

Procurement of two (2) 6-ton fabricated hydraulic tipping covered garbage trailers for the Municipality of Malindi, Kilifi County. Open tender open to all qualified bidders; brand-new trailers to be supplied and delivered.

Requirements

• Open to qualified tenderers; JV allowed (max 3 members).
• Tender security: Ksh 68,000 (from a commercial bank or insurance company).
• Tender validity: 150 days.
• Goods origin and compliance: origin and conformity to tender requirements; Manufacturer’s Authorization if the tenderer does not manufacture the goods; tax clearance for Kenyan bidders.
• Prices in Kenya Shillings; inclusive of taxes; fixed during contract unless TDS allows adjustment.
• Pre-tender conference: not held.
• Documentation: complete Form of Tender, price schedules, tender security, eligibility/qualification proofs, and any JV agreements if applicable.
