Overview

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF UNDER PRESSURE DRILLING MACHINE (manual hot tapping machine). Bidders should be suppliers/manufacturers/distributors of manual tapping equipment with capability to operate in water/utility settings, and demonstrate BBBEE compliance, CSD registration, and tax clearance. The work is issued by City of Johannesburg, Johannesburg Water.

Requirements

• Full completion of the BOQ/specification
• Datasheet with machine pictures; datasheet alone will be disqualified
• No RFQ from persons in the service of the state; not blacklisted
• Quotations on PDF, on company letterhead; JV agreement if applicable
• Original valid Tax Clearance and BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
• Municipal rates not older than 90 days; lease/Municipal account not older than 3 months and not in arrears over 90 days
• Proof of CSD registration / supplier number
• Complete MBD forms (Declaration of Interest, Past SCM, PIP, etc.)
• All costs must include taxes; firm prices required (no currency variation pricing)
• Data sheet with brand/model, country of origin, and 12-month warranty
