Overview

This tender invites bids for the supply and delivery of uniforms to Ndlambe Municipality. Bidders with experience in uniform provisioning, apparel manufacturing or distribution, and the ability to meet municipal supply needs and governance requirements are invited to participate.

Requirements

• Tax clearance: original SARS tax clearance or provide tax reference number and PIN/TCC; status verified via CSD.

• Preferential procurement: complete MBD 6.1 for Specific Goals and provide certified B-BBEE status level.
• Disclosure: provide particulars of contracts with organs of state in the past five years, and declare any portion of goods/services sourced outside South Africa or payments transferred out.
• Municipal Billing Clearance Certificate covering the company and directors.
• Pricing: prices must be valid for 90 days and inclusive of VAT.
• Preference framework: 80/20 or 90/10 system; award per the Municipality’s policies.
• Documentation: bids must be completed in full, in accordance with bid rules; non-compliance renders bid non-responsive.
