Overview

Supply and delivery of RSV Gate valve 100MM TABLE to Johannesburg Water (Southdale, Johannesburg), 100 units, PN16 to SABS 664-2009. Bidders with valve manufacturing/assembly capability, water-sector experience, and BBBEE status (SMME preference) should bid. Valves must be locally manufactured; provide datasheet and manufacturer name.

Requirements

• Valves must be locally manufactured; provide manufacture datasheet and manufacturer name; Johannesburg Water will inspect during manufacturing (notify 48 hours prior).
• Quote must specify brand name; quotes without brand names will be disqualified.
• Prices: quote excluding VAT; total quotation must include all applicable taxes.
• Quotes must be submitted via the eTender Portal (no email submissions); PDFs on company letterhead; datasheet required.
• Mandatory documents (Returnable): Original tax clearance; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; municipal rates arrears (not older than 90 days); MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9; proof of CSD registration/supplier number; lease or municipal account if applicable.
• SMME goal: 51%+ black-owned status; 20 specific-goal points claimed with supporting documents.
• Compliance: no bid from state employees, no tender defaulters, no blacklisted bidders; attendance at compulsory site briefing (where applicable).
