Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of Valve RSV Gate 150MM Table (100 units), PN16 to SABS 664-2009, manufactured locally. Suitable bidders are valve manufacturers/suppliers capable of locally producing the RSV gate 150mm, providing manufacture datasheets and brand names, and meeting local ownership and compliance requirements (SMME/BBBEE). Quotes must be via the eTender portal and include all taxes.

Requirements

• Valve RSV GATE 150MM TABLE (PN16 to SABS 664-2009), 100 units, locally manufactured. (see 6000080618_Valve RSV Gate_Southdale.pdf)
• Must provide manufacture datasheet and brand names for all items. Inspection by Johannesburg Water Technical Team during manufacturing; notify 48 hours prior.
• Specific goal: SMME (51%+ black-owned) with 80/20 price-specific goal split; BBBEE documentation required.
• Mandatory documentation: full BOQ/spec, attendance at compulsory briefing, datasheet/reference letters/certifications, PDFs on company letterhead, JV agreement if applicable.
• Mandatory registrations/clearances: Tax Clearance, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, municipal rates/arrears (not >90 days), CSD supplier number, MBD forms (4, 6.1, 8, 9), lease/municipal statement, company registration documents.
