Overview

Supply and delivery of various motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles and related accessories to the City of Cape Town on an ad-hoc basis. The contract runs to 30 June 2029; bids are invited from motor dealers, manufacturers, or OEM/franchise/dealer authorities appropriate to the items tendered.

Requirements

• Items 1–3 require documentary proof of being a registered motor dealer/manufacturer (MTN1) or an OEM/franchise/dealer agreement.
• Items 4–6 require OEM/franchise/dealer authority for the relevant vehicles.
• Items 7–8 require Schedule F.13 proof of compatibility for pannier boxes/top luggage; if offering equivalents, provide technical documentation.
• Compliance with CCT SCM Policy and related declarations: Details of Tenderer; Certificate of Authority for Partnerships/JVs; Declarations of Interest and Conflict of Interest; Certificate of Independent Bid Determination.
• Tax and supplier data: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; registration on the CCT Supplier Database and on the National Treasury CSD.
• Health and safety: comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act; provide a Health and Safety Plan if requested.
• Other: confidentiality, due diligence cooperation, and potential post-tender negotiations as per the Contract Conditions.

• Closing: 27 October 2026 at 10:00.
• Submission: Electronic submission accepted; hard-copy submissions via the Tender Box if required (tender fee R200 for hard copies).
