Overview

Supply and delivery of various stock items for the Bergrivier Municipal Stores from 1 July 2027 until 30 June 2030. Bids are invited from suitably qualified service providers with experience supplying municipal stores stock; compliance with National Treasury CSD, SARS Tax Compliance, BBBEE, VAT, and SCM policies is required. A compulsory briefing/site meeting will be held at the stated address (see below).

Requirements

• Register on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide CSD number and Tax Compliance Status PIN with the bid.
• Submit Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or certificate; SARS pre-award questionnaire for foreign bidders; include TCS/CSD where applicable.
• Provide an original or certified B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; if not, 0 points for BBBEE.
• Complete and submit the specified bid forms (e.g., MBD 1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9, MBD 10) and the Pricing Schedule; bids must be black-ink on original documents.
• Bids must be VAT-inclusive, valid for 120 days, and not be late or submitted by fax.
• CIDB grading is not required for this tender.
• Attend the compulsory briefing/site meeting at 13 Kerk Street, Piketberg; non-attendance may disqualify.
• Proof of dispatch is not proof of receipt; Council may accept any quotation in part or whole.
