Overview

Supply and delivery of various water stock items for the Bergrivier Municipal Stores from 1 July 2027 until 30 June 2030. Open tender by Bergrivier Municipality for suitably qualified service providers to supply and deliver water stock items to municipal stores, with compliance across PPPFA, VAT, BBBEE, and SCM requirements.

• OHSA Letter of Good Standing; Form of Indemnity; Pricing Schedule; Form of Offer; MBD1/4/6.1/8/9/10 as applicable
• VAT-inclusive pricing; VAT compliance for invoices; SARS registration if over R1m value
• Bids valid for 120 days; no late, faxed, or emailed quotations; Council may accept any part of quotation
