SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS WATER STOCK ITEMS FOR THE BERGRIVIER MUNICIPAL STORES FROM 1 JULY 2027 UNTIL 30 JUNE 2030

Overview

Procurement of the supply and delivery of various water stock items for the Bergrivier Municipal Stores from 1 July 2027 to 30 June 2030. Suitable bidders are qualified and experienced service providers in water stock items, with compliance to local SCM policies and BBBEE requirements (CIDB not required).

Requirements

• CSD registration and Tax Compliance Status: bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database and submit the TCS Pin/CSD number with the bid.
• BBBEE: submit an originally certified B-BBEE Certificate or originally certified B-BBEE Sworn Affidavit; failure to submit results in 0 BBBEE points.
• Compliance documents: MBD 1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9, MBD 10, OHSA form, and a valid Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Commissioner; Form of Indemnity; Pricing Schedule; Form of Offer; Declaration by Tenderer.
• Pricing and terms: total bid price must be VAT inclusive; tender valid for 120 days; adherence to the 80/20 Preference Points system (80 price, 10 specific goals, 10 BBBEE).
• CIDB: no specific level/category required (CIDB grading not applicable).
• Submission constraints: late, incomplete, or faxed quotations will not be considered; site briefing is compulsory.

• Submission method: sealed bids in the tender box; no postal, email, or fax submissions.
