Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of water and beverages for the Railway Training Institute and NCS Restaurant under a three-year framework agreement, reserved for a special group. Eligible bidders are those registered as special group with the National Treasury; open to qualified firms in food/beverage items.

Requirements

• Special Group status with the National Treasury; open to eligible special-group bidders.
• Compliance with anti-corruption and competition rules (include Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; no debarment by PPRA).
• Eligibility and qualifications evidence: Form of Tender, Manufacturer’s Authorization (if applicable), Joint Venture agreement or letter of intent (if JV); tax clearance certificate.
• Conformity and origin documentation for goods; country-of-origin declarations; vendor must meet Schedule of Requirements.
• Tender security or tender-securing declaration as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS); ensure compliance with all ITT provisions.
