Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of water materials for the Community Levy (MPELENYANE PROJECT) by Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife, including HDPE pipe and related delivery. Bidders should have experience in water infrastructure supply, with the ability to deliver to 1 Peter Brown Drive, Queen Elizabeth Park, Montrose, Pietermaritzburg 3201. Submissions are via email as PDFs, under RFQ RFQ 02/09/2026, with a closing date of 09 September 2026.

Requirements

• Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration and evidence.
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or CSD number if no PIN.
• Bidder must submit CSD and SARS-related certificates for each party in a JV/consortium.
• B-BBEE: provide a B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Authority to sign: complete and sign the appropriate enterprise form (authorize signatory).
• Pricing must be on the official pricing schedule; firm prices only; 90-day quotation validity.
• Compulsory briefing session attendance (attendance must be signed).
