Supply and delivery of water meters, meter interface units and related materials for Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality. Bidders with experience in water metering hardware and related municipal supply, and who can operate in the Gqeberha area, should consider bidding. Requirements

• Must be registered on the NMBM supplier database.
• All bids must be submitted on official forms provided by the Municipality (not re-typed or copied).
• Tender fee: R1,661.00 with proof of payment required (cash/cheque or bank transfer details in the notice).
• Clarification/briefing sessions may be compulsory per SCM policy; attendance is required to bid.
• Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes to the specified tender boxes by the deadline (8:00–16:00 on weekdays).

• Complete the official bid documentation and pricing schedules; submit in the sealed tender box.
• Submit by the deadline: 9 July 2026 at 11:00 (RFQ SCM/1351/G/2025-2026). Deliver to SCM offices at Harrower Road North End or 17 Sellick Street Kariega (8:00–16:00, weekdays).
• If a briefing/clarification session is held for this tender, attend as required; late entrants may be excluded from briefing.
• Tender openings occur shortly after 11:00 on the application date.
