Requirements

• Preference points for Moqhaka residents with BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit under the municipality’s policy.
• Mandatory documentation: tax clearance certificate or SARS PIN; CIDB registration (where applicable); CSD registration (with proof); B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; identity documents of directors; company registration documents; municipal rates/taxes proof; pricing schedule; evidence of compliance to specifications; and joint venture documents if applicable.
• Original RFQ complete in black ink, signed by an authorized signatory; no retyping or page omissions.
• Site/information briefing attendance (compulsory where specified).
• VAT invoicing requirements; VAT number of Moqhaka (4000846578) must be reflected on invoices.
• CIDB, CSD, and tax compliance are prerequisites for bid consideration.
• RFQ validity: 120 days.

How to Apply
