Supply and Delivery of Water Pipes, Sewer Pipes and Fittings for a period up to 30 June 2030. Bidders should be suppliers of water/sewer piping and fittings with civil-engineering/material capability, registered on Drakenstein Municipality’s supplier database, and compliant with tax and procurement requirements.

Requirements

• Bidders must be registered on Drakenstein Municipality’s supplier database.
• Tax compliance per MBD 1 (Part B) at award date.
• Compliance with GCC and Special Conditions; adherence to relevant specifications.
• Bids must be sealed, clearly marked with CES 08/2026, and deposited in Tender Box 1 before closing.
• Procurement: Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022 (80/20) and the municipality’s policies; responsiveness criteria apply.
• Mandatory clarification meeting on 1 September 2026 at 10:00 (Library Conference Room); attendance compulsory; one representative per tenderer.
• Samples may be required for inspection on 3 days’ notice; non‑compliance disqualifies.
• Bid validity: minimum 120 days after closing.
• Signed contract form required if successful.
