SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF WATER STORAGE TANKS

Overview

Supply and delivery of 5,000 L water storage tanks (LLDPE, BPA-free) for drinking water to Ugu District Municipality; suitable for plastic tank manufacturers/distributors with CSD/TCS and PPPFA 2022 compliance. The tanks are to be delivered as specified (to Ugu offices in Rynie) after receipt of order. Bidders should be able to supply and deliver within the contract scope and meet the municipality’s PPPFA-based evaluation criteria.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or provide a SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN (or CSD number if no TCS).
• Compliance with PPPFA 2022 regulations and related MBD forms; bid evaluated on price and specific goals (80/20).
• Complete and submit the Standard Bidding Documents: MBD1 (Part A and B), MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9.
• Attach copies of: CIPC registration, certified IDs for directors/owners, updated CSD report (not older than 3 months), and SARS TCS PIN sheet.
• Provide proof of municipal service payments and, if applicable, a Department of Health or SASSA disability proof.
• Specific goals documentation: certified certificates/affidavits for EME/QSE ownership, SAPS/POR affidavits for local enterprise status, etc.
• Declaration of interest and related SCM declarations as part of bid submission.
