Overview

Procurement is for the supply and delivery of water to refill Jojo Tanks and water dispenser bottles at Upington MTS Substation for 36 months on an as-and-when-required basis. Bidders should have water delivery/logistics capability, operate at substations, and meet Eskom OHS, COID/logging, and environmental compliance requirements (see attached OHS, risk, and environmental documents).

Requirements

• Full OHS compliance package: Eskom OHS requirements (Annexure B) including the 37(2) Agreement, Health and Safety plan/manual, baseline risk assessment, OHS costing, proof of OHS competency, and signed OHS policy. (Annexure B)
• COID/logging requirements: COID registration or equivalent with a valid letter of good standing; or acceptable insurance alternative for single employees. (Annexure A)
• Supplier risk and JV considerations: Correct risk category as per Annexure A; JV details if applicable. (Annexure A)
• Environmental management: Compliance with Environmental Requirements (EMPr, waste management, water management, etc.). (Environmental Requirements.zip)
