Overview

Supply and delivery of welding tools to Ugu District Municipality. Open tender for hardware/tooling suppliers to provide welding tools and related equipment for Water services, with delivery after receipt of order.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and a current update (not older than 3 months).
• Tax clearance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD number; foreign bidders must complete pre-award questionnaire.
• Complete and submit mandatory bid documents: MBD1 (Part A), MBD1 (Part B), MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9.
• Provide CIPC registration, certified IDs for directors/owners, and proof of tax compliance; attach documentation for specific goals if claimed (e.g., ownership, local enterprise).
• All bids must be on official forms; bid validity period of 30 days; PPPFA evaluation applies (80/20 price-to-goals, or as stated in the tender).
