How to Apply

• Submission: sealed bid envelopes delivered by hand to Tambach Teachers College tender box; electronic submissions are not permitted; clearly mark originals and copies; deadline 21 July 2026 (see document) (SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF WHITE MEAT AND EGGS).
• Deadline and opening: bids must be received by 11:00 or the specified time on 21 July 2026; tenders opened publicly in Boardroom in the presence of bidders’ representatives (INVITATION TO TENDER).
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Declaration, JV or Manufacturer’s Authorization if needed, evidence of eligibility and conformity, and any other documents in the Tender Data Sheet (ITT 10, 11, 16, 18).
• Clarifications: questions in writing; pre-tender briefings (if held) and minutes published as specified in the tender documents (ITT 6).
