Overview

Procurement: Supply and delivery of workplace environmental monitoring equipment. This tender is aimed at suppliers of air quality meters, sound level meters, light meters, and vane anemometers for use in workplace environmental monitoring. Eligible bidders should have capability to supply and support the listed instruments and comply with South African public‑sector procurement requirements.

Requirements

• Tax compliance: provide SARS ITAC/TCS PIN or print TCS certificate; CSD number if no PIN; proof if part of a consortium.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) status or proof of registration.
• BBBEE: submit active BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; disclosure of B-BBEE status level.
• Complete and sign all required forms: SBD1, SBD3.1 (Pricing Schedule), SBD4, SBD6.1 (Preference), SBD7 (Contract form); where applicable SBD7.1.
• Declare employment/relationship disclosures and potential conflicts (as per SBD4).
• Board/resolution authorizing signing on behalf of bidder.
• Compliance with PPPFA 2000 and Regulations; preferences claimed via 80/20 points (up to R50M) with appropriate documentation.
• Delivery terms: firm prices; delivery lead time to be specified; all costs including delivery must be in bid.
