Overview

The Department of Water and Sanitation (Northern Operations) invites bids for the supply and delivery of workshop hand tools used to repair and maintain structures and buildings at TZaneen area schemes. Suitable bidders are hardware/tool suppliers/distributors capable of delivering standard trade tools; they must meet bid requirements such as CSD registration, SARS tax clearance, BBBEE where applicable, and completion of the SBD forms.

Requirements

• Complete and sign SBD forms (SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1).
• Provide company registration (CK/CIPC), original Tax Clearance or SARS Tax Clearance Status, certified IDs of shareholders, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, company profile with track record, and letter of authority.
• Submit CVs of relevant employees, signed General Conditions, and CSD reports.
• Demonstrate compliance with the 36-item tool specification and complete the Pricing Schedule; include delivery costs; no briefing required.
• For preference points: provide proof for B-BBEE, local enterprise status, and any specific goals (women, disability, youth) as applicable.
