Overview

This RFQ invites bids to supply and deliver Apple 20W USB-C Power Adaptor and Apple USB-C Charger Cable (2 metres), 20 units of each, for Johannesburg Water. The attached specification indicates firm Apple-brand components with no substitutes.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a supplier number.
• Original valid Tax Clearance (SARS PIN) required.
• Certified BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (compliance under BBBEE rules).
• Municipal rates and taxes not in arrears for more than 90 days.
• Quotes must be on PDF, on company letterhead; attach datasheet, reference letter, proof of certification.
• No RFQ from persons in the service of the state; no blacklisted bidders.
• Submit a Joint Venture agreement if applicable; complete MBD forms as required (MBD4, MBD8, MBD9) and provide CSD/MAAA evidence.
• Include pricing in the provided Pricing Schedule (MBD3.1) with all taxes included.
