Supply and Fitment of Pneumatic Tyres, Wheel Puncture Repairs and Wheel Alignment for a period of 36 months. Requirements

• Bids evaluated under the 80/20 preference points system, in terms of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (2000) and 2022 amendments.
• Compliance with the Municipality’s SCM policy and related procurement regulations; no bids from persons in the service of the state.
• Bids must be submitted on the issued bid documentation, in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bid number and title.
• Submission must be to the Supply Chain Management Unit, Finance Building, Queen Street, Knysna, by 12:00 on 19 August 2026; late or unmarked bids are not considered.
• Bid documents are available at no cost from the Knysna Municipality website (Do Business – Bidding Opportunities – Tenders – Current Tenders).
• Enquiries close 10 August 2026 (technical: dlavack@knysna.gov.za; SCM: mmato@knysna.gov.za).
• Bids remain valid for 180 days after the closing date; the Municipality may request a validity extension.
