Overview

Supply and installation of network switches, wireless access points and cloud controller (Wi-Fi) services for Elangeni TVET College. Bidders should be IT networking integrators with hardware procurement and installation capability and CSD registration.

Requirements

• 80/20 Preference Points evaluation.
• Reserve and purchase tender documents; cost R300; payment via FNB account; reference ETVET 05/2026 and company name; email proof to the emails provided (Advert for NETWORK SWITCHES.pdf..pdf).
• Duly completed tender documents submitted in sealed envelope by 23 November 2026 11:00 to the Tender Box at Elangeni TVET Central Office, 15 Portsmouth Road, Pinetown 3610.
• Mandatory briefing on 03 November 2026 at 12:00 at the Central Office (address above) (Advert for NETWORK SWITCHES.pdf..pdf).
• Register on Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Late, faxed or emailed submissions not accepted.

• Step 4: Attend compulsory briefing 03 November 2026 12:00 at the Central Office.
• Step 5: Direct enquiries to N Mzobe (ICT Manager) or T Majola (SCM) during office hours.
• Step 6: Ensure CSD registration.
• Step 7: Note evaluation using 80/20 Preference Points.
